Kid Fit Class

45 minute class

Ages 6-12 years

Kid fit is a fun, exciting and structured class. This a high energy program that builds kids' strength, coordination and confidence; through games, body weight/light weight exercises. We will also use sport style trainings like running, jumping, etc. Every session includes a warm up, skill work and team challenge. Lets make fitness fun together. Ages 6-12
